Casting bound weapons spells in the presence of an aware enemy increases the Conjuration skill each time. I currently use Nexus Mod Manager for SE, along with TES5Edit, Wryebash, and LOOT to get a stable game. When conjured, Bound Arrows accompany it. Each mod is linked to it’s Nexusmods page.
